Roger Miller was employed by Monroe High School during the 1980s when the sexual abuse reportedly occurred. Miller was a teacher and basketball coach at MHS at the time, and he reportedly used his position of power and trust to coerce, shame, sexually abuse, and discriminate against a student of his.
