Access to Justice Conference

The Washington State Bar Association’s Access to Justice Conference joins together advocates, community members, judges, attorneys, and policymakers across Washington State who are committed to enacting change throughout our legal systems. For 25 years, the Access to Justice conference has served as an educational hub for legal professionals to open access to financially underprivileged community members to seek legal counsel and assistance. Their mission is made possible with the tireless pursuit of meeting underprivileged community members in their organizations, and groups by connecting with their members in a collaborative effort to bring equal legal justice and systematic change.

Banchero Disability Partners

Banchero Disability Partners empowers adults with developmental disabilities so that they may realize their potential, achieve their goals, and be active and contributing members of their communities.

Boys & Girls Clubs

Boys & Girls Clubs come alongside youth to help them succeed by providing a safe place for them to receive mentorship and quality programs, doing whatever it takes to ensure they have a great future.

Brain Injury Alliance of Washington 

The Brain Injury Alliance of Washington (BIAWA) is a small, nonprofit organization that was originally founded in 1982 as the Washington State Head Injury Foundation by family members determined to create a system of support for all Washingtonians affected by Brain Injury. The organization has become a statewide resource for individuals with brain injury, managing the Washington State Brain Injury Resource Center and offering intensive resource management in most counties. The BIAWA serves 10,000+ individuals a year through free classes, support groups, information and referral services, and social opportunities.

Campaign for Equal Justice

The Legal Foundation of Washington is a nonprofit organization created in 1984 at the direction of the Washington Supreme Court to distribute IOLTA funds to legal aid organizations across the state. LFW has more than 35 years of experience raising, managing, and distributing funds to achieve equal civil justice for low-income people.

Child USA

CHILD USA is the leading national nonprofit think tank working to end child abuse and neglect in the United States. CHILD USA engages in high-level legal, social science, and medical research and analysis to derive the best public policies to end child abuse and neglect in America. CHILD USA produces evidence-based solutions and information needed by policymakers, organizations, media, and society as a whole to increase child protection and the common good.

Emergency Food Network

Emergency Food Network provides 70+ food pantries, meal sites, and shelters with more than one million pounds of food each month, at no cost to them, for distribution to families and individuals in need.

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home, believing that affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.

King County Bar Pro Bono Program

The King County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Services program promotes social justice by establishing and managing volunteer-based, client-focused legal services programs and providing services on an equal and non-discriminatory basis for low-income King County residents who would not otherwise receive legal assistance.

Latino Bar Association Washington

The Latina/o Bar Association of Washington’s mission is to promote, support, and serve both Washington’s current and future Latina/o legal professionals and the broader Latina/o community.

Loren Miller Bar Association

The Loren Miller Bar Association (LMBA)  is a Washington statewide organization and the local affiliate of the National Bar Association (NBA), which is the oldest minority bar and the largest organization of African-American attorneys in the United States. For 50 years, the LMBA has thrived in its efforts to advance the social and economic well-being of our membership, while improving relations between the legal profession and community at large. The Loren Miller Bar Association seeks to continue to provide leadership, networking opportunities and an outlet to address complex issues in our community

Northwest Harvest

Northwest Harvest is a food justice organization in Washington that builds partnerships in communities across the state to get food to the people who need it most. The organization provides meals through a statewide network of food banks, meal programs, schools, and community-based organizations. Part of the mission of Northwest Harvest is advocating for changes to policies, practices, and institutions that perpetuate hunger and poverty.

Rebuilding HOPE Sexual Assault Center

The Rebuilding Hope Sexual Assault Center was created and exists to serve victim-survivors of sexual assault and abuse, and to confront the social dynamics which foster sexual assault and abuse. Rebuilding Hope aspires to build communities that do not tolerate oppressive social norms, behaviors or systems that promote sexual violence or exploitation. Communities where those who have been harmed are believed and supported in pursuit of their individual paths of healing. Communities where sexual violence does not exist, and their people are educated and empowered to center full choice, consent and safety.

Roanoke Park Counseling

Roanoke Park Counseling provides long-term, affordable therapy for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse to restore their hope and dignity through specialized and affordable therapy, community education, and public advocacy.

Summit Community Center

The Summit Community Center (SCC) was created to support young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and those considered neurodivergent, initially aged 18-35+, to develop a sense of place, true community membership, and opportunities for continued growth and independence. The SCC offers programming across four core pillars: Education, Recreation, Community, and Growth to provide a range of classes and programming that appeal to all the different abilities and passions of the SCC members.

Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association

The Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association exists to serve the members of the community by promoting professionalism, community service and collegiality among lawyers while improving access to justice

Team Child

TeamChild’s mission is to uphold the rights of youth involved, or at risk of being involved, in the juvenile justice system. The organization works hard to help these youth secure the education, healthcare, housing and other support they need to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

Washington Women Lawyers

Washington Women Lawyers is Washington’s largest organization dedicated to furthering the full integration of women in the legal profession and promoting equal rights and opportunities for women. Through the combined resources of a statewide organization and a network of local chapters, Washington Women Lawyers offers programming and support for women lawyers throughout the state.

YWCA Pierce County

YWCA Pierce County has devoted over a century to creating opportunity and safety for adults and children in the greater Tacoma community. An inclusionary non-profit organization, YWCA Pierce County provides assistance to survivors of domestic violence and their children.
